My experience at Windsor Arms Hotel was a mixed bag. The location is truly fantastic—just off Bloor and near Yorkville—but the room I stayed in left much to be desired, particularly in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The staff was generally helpful, which was a highlight, yet the overall upkeep of the facilities felt lacking. It’s a charming boutique hotel, but it seemed to be in need of some serious attention.
